Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
